Ceramex announces new service for car and LCV DPF cleaning
Ceramex is now providing a nationwide service for cleaning and testing car DPFs in the UK.
To date, the company has worked extensively in the heavy-duty sector, offering DPF cleaning and inspection services to major manufacturers of trucks, buses and other heavy-duty equipment.
Following numerous requests from garages and motorists, Ceramex is now providing its unique Xpurge DPF cleaning technology for cars and light commercial vehicles across the UK in partnership with Unipart Automotive and The Parts Alliance.

Peter Forster, Development Engineer who developed the technology for cleaning car DPFs, said: “Many of the DPFs we see are heavily clogged with ash after three or four years of use.
“However, since we modified the Xpurge technology to handle car DPFs we have achieved 100% success rate in cleaning. The customers also find our inspection report very useful.”
