Ceramex North America - a new Joint Venture for remanufacturing DPFs and other exhaust components
The Ceramex technologies for cleaning and inspecting Diesel Particulate Filters (DPFs) and other emissions system components will be used in a new Joint Venture company called Ceramex North America LLC. The JV is a partnership with SRC Holdings Inc, a leading automotive remanufacturing company based in Springfield, Missouri.
Ceramex North America will provide services to major customers in the on-highway sector (including medium-duty and heavy-duty trucks), the off-highway sector (including construction, agriculture and forestry) as well as the automotive sector (for light trucks, pick-ups and cars).
The new company will use SRC’s premises at Monett, Missouri and will have exclusive access to the Xpurge® and Veritex® technologies for cleaning and inspecting DPFs.
